New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC)

AHC provided $225,000 in grants to help make the Cottage Street Homes (above) in the City of Rye affordable to homebuyers earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income for Westchester County.

Mission

AHC creates homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income families by providing grants to governmental, not-for-profit and charitable organizations to help subsidize the cost of newly constructed houses and the renovation of existing housing.
